Owners set the security deposit amount and usually it equals to 1-month's rent, but it varies depending on the specific property and owner.  

Yes!  We focus primarily on curating sylish and comfortable furnished housing options for displaced families, relocating employees, traveling medical professionals, digital nomads, and military personnel on TDY.  

ACH or Credit Card (there is a small credit card processing fee) is accepted for payment.  An online portal is set up for you to pay both the security deposit and rent, and you have the option to set up rent on auto-pay for your convenience.  

Most owners prefer a minimum of a 30-day minimum stay, with extensions available, and a 30-day notice to vacate.  YES -- many owners do offer an incentive (promotional rental rate) to sign a longer lease term.

Yes -- most (if not all) of the properties are designed and styled with STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and kitchens are fully-stocked, with a variety of cooking essentials ready for your use.  For mid-term stays, 1-set of bedding is provided, along with a basic set of towels and a starter set of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.  Guests are welcome to supply their own coffee, creamer etc. (but there is a coffee-maker and often a Keurig available).

YES!  All utilities are included (with a seasonal cap on electricity). 

Utilities Include:  Electricity, Water, Trash Pick-Up, High Speed Internet

Extras:  Lawn Care is included

Cleaning:  Cleaning services are scheduled (and are optional).  Please note each property requires a 1-time exit clean (that fee is non-refundable, and due at the signing of the lease).

Pet Fees:  For homes that do accept pets, most owners require a 1-time Pet Deposit (the rate varies depending on # of pets and the home).  Please inquire for your specific circumstances.

YES!!  We appreciate referrals! 🌟 We offer a $100 gift card to your choice of Target, Walmart, or Amazon when you refer a client or a guest who books a furnished room or home.

Laundry:  Most properties include a Washer & Dryer (guests provide their own laundry detergent).

Technology:  High Speed Internet, SMART TVs and many homes set up as co-living homes feature Digital Door Lock on all bedrooms, and most have a digital door at the Front Door.  Most homes feature a RING (or other brand) security camera at the front of the home.

Parking:  Every home has a different type of parking available (garage, carport, street).  Please inquire with your specific needs.

Kitchen:  Kitchen essentials are provided (dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils, coffee pot and a basic set of cleaning supplies (including a mop, broom, and vacuum).

Other Amenities:  Iron, Mini or Full-Size Ironing Board

Bedding & Bath:  1-set of bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels.  Many homes feature a starter set of Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash.
