To schedule an in-person viewing of a property, call 210-548-8579 or send us an email and request a viewing.  We are happy to accommodate evening and weekend viewings.  We also do FaceTime or Google Meet video tours in lieu of an in-person viewing. 

The security deposit for a home rental on Haven Furnished Stays typically varies depending on the specific property and landlord. However, it is usually equal to one months' rent and is refundable at the end of the lease term.

Yes!  We focus primarily on curating and providing stylish and comfortable furnished housing options for displaced families, relocating employees, traveling medical professionals, digital nomads, and military personnel on TDY.  

Yes, many of our properties on Haven Furnished Stays offer the option to pay rent online (ACH, debit/credit card) through our secure tenant portal. This is a convenient and easy way to ensure your rent is always paid on time.

Our standard is a 30-day minimum lease, with extensions available.  Be sure to ask about our 3-month, 6-month and 9-month lease discounts!

Our properties have STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and kitchens are fully-stocked, with a variety of essentials for cooking at home:  dishes, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, cookie sheet, cutting boards, plastic mixing bowls, toaster, knife set, utensils, and a basic spice set.

YES!  All utilities are included (with a seasonal cap on electricity). 

Utilities Include:  Electricity, Water, Trash Pick-Up, High Speed Internet

Extras:  Lawn Care is included

Cleaning:  We provide 1x cleaning per month (includes washing of bed linens and towels).

YES!  🐶 We have pet-friendly properties (there are some breed restrictions).  Most properties charge a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, $150 for the second pet.

We include 1 house cleaning every 30 days as part of the lease (mandatory with 30+ day stays).  Guests are given 24-hour advance notice, and can schedule additional cleanings on the online guest portal.  We do provide additional concierge services (grocery placement in refrigerator, dog walking, and Spa/Massage Service upon request).

Laundry:  All of our properties include a Washer & Dryer, and a starter set of laundry detergent.

Technology:  High Speed Internet, SMART TVs (in the living room, master bedroom, and some secondary bedrooms), Digital Door Lock at Front Door.

Parking:  FREE parking (garage and and/or street parking).

Kitchen:  We provide a starter set of Kitchen basics (spices, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar), as well as Cleaning supplies for the home (including mop, broom, vacuum).

Other Amenities:  Iron, Full-Size Ironing Board, Hair Dryers in each bathroom.

Bedding & Bath:  We provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels.  A starter set of Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash is provided.
